 Report Labels getting deleted during upgrade

During the upgrade of Maximo from 7.6.0.6 to 7.6.1.2, when the updatedb.bat is ran, there a number of reportlabel that are deleted. These are captured in the updatedb logs.
Mainly the adhoc and custom report reportlabels are getting deleted. Please let us know anything that needs to be done?

IBM Documentation clearly mentions that we need to back up report directory before upgrading to 7612.
If you have done so and all your custom report development is following the right development approach i.e. pushing the reports to the smp folder and adding the report properties xml so that import report command will be able to recognize the custom reports and import into Maximo ; then this document  below from IBM has provided the extra steps that can be done for BIRT reports import post upgrade.
