what does this report do? Does it update the database or is it select statement?
what is the output format used for Scheduling?
when your immediate report runs in browser have you looked at the last page? Some times report runs in browser but there could be error on the last page which prevents it from sending email .
While doing immediate run have you tried converting it to same output format you expect in scheduled report?
Have you tried Scheduling it for different time ?
please try the option of Run at this time.
for checking errors, Reporting Logs could be under different folder depending on the JVM you are connected to.
