Maximo Open Forum

I am working with a Facilities Management organization using Maximo and we are looking to create a simple set of crafts to cleanly start gathering labor hours on the work orders performed. We want to include Building Managers and Contract Managers as they perform inspections throughout the buildings. Here is what we have come up with so far, any suggestions are VERY welcome!

1. HVAC
2. Plumbing
3. Electrical
4. Carpentry
5. Facility Mechanic
6. Building Managers
7. Contract Managers
8. Administration

Some other suggestions, based on what we have for our facility:

Groundskeeping
Engineering (actually you could have that sub-divided to Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, etc.)
Housekeeping
Locksmith
Office (maybe that's what you had in mind for Administration?)
Painting
IT (this too could be sub-divided)
Welding
Telecom
Appliance Repair
Security

Travis,

Thank you so much! You definitely gave us a few more to review and see if they are appropriate for their organization.
