I'll give an example as an explanation:
We have Safety Data Sheets attached to many, many Item records. For the Item Master application, I associated a folder called SDS. When we upload the SDS's to Maximo, we add them to the SDS folder and copy them to the Library.
Suppose that, for some reason, I wanted to take one of those SDS's from the Library and attach it to a Work Order. Work Order Tracking has not been associated with the SDS folder.
So I need to be prompted for which folder to place it in.------------------------------

Can anyone explain to me why in this section you need to choose folder again if the file is already assigned with existing folder (see picture)? Why?
What can happen if you don't choose the folder? This goes somewhere on systems DB?
Basicly when attachments were added you showed a folder where this file could be found and now when you try to add attachment to asset, you need to show the folder again... why?
