    Hi All,

    We are facing 1 issue with GIS sync data. GIS is sending data to Maximo in JSON format. When Maximo converts JSON into XML, special characters are also getting changed.

    For example, & changes to & . " (inches) get removed e.g. 10'3" becomes 10'3.

    Is there a way to handle this issue at JSON mapping level without going to Automation Script? We tried using escape(), decodeURIComponent() functions in JSON mapping but didn't work.

    Any leads would be appreciated.
