One thing to check would be around the Security Group authorization to the necessary Object Structures for these Work Center applications.
The best way to do this would be to go to the Security Groups application and locate a group that should have access to the Manage Inspection Forms application. From there, navigate to the Applications tab and filter for the Manage Inspection Forms application. Click the Manage/Apply Template button above the general options for the Manage Inspection Forms application. In the ensuing dialog, the Security Template Authorizations table is collapsed by default. Maximize that table, and you should be able to click on the Object Structures Authorizations tab. There you will see the list of Object Structures that need to be enabled for the Manage Inspection Forms application to work fully.

Subject: Inspection form can't retrieve Meters
HI All,
I'm attempting to create a new Inspection form including a Meter reading. When I go to select the meter, it can't find any records. I have verified the meter is in the Meters group and active. I have also looked the the API objects associated to Meters and made sure they were flagged for Flat File. Also checked security Groups and objects. It looks OK, but I may be missing something. Any Ideas? Thanks
