Hello Team,

Has anyone added a lookup or field in workflow administration to know the active assignments with the user? like you enter the user name and hit enter you will see all the related assignments or maybe a lookup with the list of users to select from!! If Yes, could you guide me on this, please? Thanks in advance.

You may add a table column on WFADMIN app using application designer with the following properties:

Lable:  Current Assignee
Attribute: ACTIVEASSIGNMENTS.ASSIGNCODE
showfilter: checked

Now when you enter personid and press enter in current assignee filed on workflow administration, only active assignments of specified person will be shown.
