    Good morning All,

    Could anyone please advise How can i able to do the mass update the "Sub-Elin" and "Customer Code for PM work orders in Maximo. Thank you!

    Name of the fields look like custom. Could you please focus your mouse pointer in these fields and press Ctrl+I and let me know the details.
    If you have access to database, please update directly

    I agree with the first reply, these appear to be custom fields, and you'll need to first identify the real field name rather than the label in the UI. Once you've done that you could use Actions and an Escalation to perform these updates if you don't have the option to perform a database update directly.     There are a number of ways to do the bulk update regardless of whether they are custom or standard fields.  The two most available is to use the MX Loader and the application export/import.  Then you have OSLC, the MIF and SQL.
