Hi Maximo Open Forum,
We occasionally receive questions from users on how to update their email notification settings. Whether you are trying to receive more frequent email notifications or are simply wondering what preference you are set to, we can help you! Simply navigate to your Profile > My Account > Community Notifications to discover more.
Scroll down to discover the list of communities you are a member of and the digest settings you are subscribed to per community. You'll have two sections: "Topic Notifications" for the Maximo Open Forum, and "Notification Settings" for any other communities you're a member of (see below)
To change your email frequency, see "Topic Notifications" and "Notification Settings" below.
Here are the different options:
- Personalized digest (Maximo Open Forum): receive 1 daily email each morning containing content of interest from the Maximo Open Forum
- Daily digest: Receive 1 daily email each morning containing the previous day's community activity
- Real time: Receive an email automatically as messages are posted to the community
- Consolidated Daily Digest: Receive 1 summarized email containing all community's activity from the previous day
- Consolidated Weekly Digest: Receive 1 summarized email containing all community's activity from the previous week
- No email: Unsubscribing from activity in that community
To change the content you receive within the Maximo Open Forum emails, navigate to your Profile Homepage to update the Topics you're subscribed to in the Maximo Open Forum. You'll receive emails about any content associated with topics listed under your "Stated Interests" or "Observed Interests."
