Hi All,
1) Issue 1: IBM Request Anywhere application shows the following message upon login:
"Work list records could not be downloaded. If the problem persists, contact your administrator."
- The security group has access to Service Requests application. Full access given on Object Structure tab for all Object Structures.
- Authorize Group for All Labor? Checked
- Authorize Group for All Sites? Checked
- Authorize Group for All Storerooms? Unchecked
What am I missing? Do I need to give access to Work Order application ?

UPDATE: Resolved. This message disappears after reinstalling the application. I wonder why this app does not clear its information from the phone.
2) Issue 2: Is there a way to know what access IBM Anywhere Service Request application expects to be available upon user login? eg: domains, assets, locations?
System Data Download Error
Upon Retry the following message appears for a second then again "System Data Download Error" appears
