    Good morning Adam.


    Thanks for reaching out to me.  I received some more information from the department what they are needing.  They are looking at the cost management application and budget monitoring for upcoming  projects.  They want a pay down system that they can schedule payments through and keep a balance for.  I am researching this application and how to set up.  If you have any pointers that will help me get this started I would appreciate it.

    My apologies for the delayed response as I was on vacation.
