    After upgrade to new Scheduler and granting permission for the Graphical Scheduler apps, no access to Graphical Work Week, in the GoTo > Planning and Scheduling.  Is anyone else having this issue?

    Hi Kevin,

    Did you follow these instructions too?

    You have to download Scheduler 7.6.8 and run the Installation Manager so you see the new applications.

    Also, iFix 001 is coming out next week and there are some fixes for Graphical Work Week such as fixing the filter in the top section.  I highly recommend applying it :)

    Thanks Lacey, I suppose I shouldn't, but I assume our folks installed correctly, since I have all the other Scheduler apps, just not GWW.  We'll keep an eye out for the iFix.

    I have seen some folks apply the 7.6.1.2 feature pack only and then not see the new Scheduler applications.  Because there are new applications with Scheduler 7.6.8, a new install key is required so if that part of the upgrade was missed, you won't see the new applications.  Do you see Graphical Resource View or Scheduler Data Manager?  Those are also new applications.

    If you confirm the IT folks did follow the directions to install Scheduler 7.6.8 and your Security Group does have access to Graphical Work Week then I would open a support Case.  The Scheduler support folks are great.
