Hello All,
I am facing an issue with respect to records disappearing on status change. In the MOC (Oil) application (which is a view on WORKORDER object) I have added a new custom object. This is shown as table data on the UI. The purpose of this is to add Risks to an MOC record.
This all works fine until I change the status of MOC to CLOSE/CAN wherein the table records disappear from the UI. They are there in the backend, but not visible on the UI. The relationship that connects this custom object with the PLUSGMOC object is (workorderid = :workorderid).
Also, I have noticed that if I choose 'Edit History MOC' (on MOC in Closed status), and hit enter on the table data, the records reappear.
If anyone has faced a similar issue, please suggest as to how to fix it.
