    Hi,

    Please help me in troubleshooting "No Data is being Displayed for Selected Record(s)" when trying to generate a report.
    User was able to generate a reports earlier and after some time this message is being displayed for the Run report->Immediate action .
    Does this has something to do with browser settings?

    Please let me know the approach for this.

    Can you clarify if you're seeing a message "No Data is being Displayed for Selected Record(s)" or just not getting data/report not succeeding? The message doesn't sound familiar and even when I create a QBR that won't return records I don't see something like that. I also looked for messages in Maximo that look something like that as well and didn't see anything. 

    We've seen issues with load balancers as an example when the timeout is too low that could impact running BIRT reports that take too long. For example, a load balancer may have a timeout of 30 seconds and will kill the request if it doesn't complete within 30 seconds and that would cause issues. I can't remember what it would show if that timeout was hit but if you're seeing the error appear after a consistent amount of time that could be your issue. I would try and start a timer to see if it's occurring at a consistent amount of time or not.

    Hello Steven,
    Thanks for the response.

    Somehow user was able to generate the reports successfully after 2 days.
    and yes No Data is being Displayed for Selected Record(s) is the kind of informative message shown on maximo screen .
    I don't think it is something that is configured in messages section .
    Next time if we encounter this issue I surely will look into load balancer timeout thing.
