I am interested to hear what my airport folks may say on this as I am new to the airport world--
I am looking for a means to plan PM work on Passenger Boarding Bridges based on the Planned Flight Schedule. Usually PBBs are in operation throughout the day and finding time to do PMs during the day are tough to accomplish. I suspect that the typical process used is for Maintenance to communicate to Operations how much time is needed for scheduled Maintenance and operations will try to find slots to meet that availability.
Has anyone integrated Maximo and an AMS (Airport Management System) so that the Asset Calendar is updated in Maximo based on the planned flight schedule and then find a way to use that calendar to drive a visual gantt chart from Maximo that shows availability of an asset?
