For a given user that can't see the query result on the start center, can they see the result from within the application? For example, let's say the result set displays work orders from Quick Reporting that the user is the owner, and the work order is in APPR or INPRG status.
Are you saying they can run the query in Quick Reporting and see the work orders, but not see them when they display the result set when they display the maximized portlet on the updated start center?

Good afternoon,
Thank you so much for that video. It was very helpful. So I have followed all the steps. I created my template, saved, set my security group, granted access and it still will not populate the result sets for my WO's and PO's for the users. I granted read access for all applications I am using. I'm not sure what I am missing.
