    Hello Maximo Experts,

    I am experiencing an issue with Export System XML in Maximo.

    Environment

    • IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.0
    • TPAE 7.6.1.0
    • WebSphere ND 9.0.0.7
    • DB2 11.1
    • Windows Server 2016

    Issue

    When attempting to export system XML from Application Designer for any of the following applications:

    • LIBRARY
    • LOOKUPS
    • MENUS
    • RECHOVERS
    • REPLIBRARY
    • STARTCNTR
    • TOOLBOX

    the Export System XML action opens a blank/empty popup window and no XML file is downloaded.

    This was a bug in 7.6.1.0 (IJ08211: EXPORT SYSTEM XML OPENS AN EMPTY WINDOW). 7.6.1.0 has been out of support for a while so it'd be better to at least get to 7.6.1.3 (which is also out of support, but at least newer).
