    To all members of the MORE Community - 

    We recently had an incident in which many of you may have been affected. A user was sending marketing/promotional messaging through individual messaging on the platform which is a clear violation of our term and conditions. We wanted to take the opportunity to apologize to all those impacted and announce that we deactivated the user in question after initial reports of the violation last week. As a reminder for the community, we ask you to keep your sales/marketing efforts separate from the community, specifically:

    • Keep marketing efforts separate. Help us keep this community a learning tool and do not copy/paste copy from your website or post any commercial messages in the community discussions, libraries, or to an individual's inbox (unless they have specified otherwise). If you have a product or service you would like to promote to MORE members, please do so in the dedicated Third-Party Maximo Solutions community. However, we recommend you make the post engaging by asking a question or two about how your solution may benefit the end user.
