Maximo Error : Could not change activity 123## , task # status to APPR when approving invoice record.

    Hi All,

    We have noticed in Maximo 7.6.2 we are getting error related to Workorder status change when we are trying to approve the invoice. We have work order record in which one of the task is WMATL status and remaining tasks are in approved status. We have the related PO approved and we are trying to approve the related invoice but it is giving error "Could not change activity 123## , task # status to APPR .  the status you selected is the same as current status,  select a different status". I just want to know why Maximo is trying to approve the workorder record when it is invoice application. Anyone faced this similar problem. Ideally invoice should get approved when the related PO is approved.
