Maximo Open Forum

I don't know about the rest of you, but I've spent time as both a Maximo Administrator working with Consultants to execute projects and as a Consultant working with Administrators with varying levels of Maximo knowledge. I put together some thoughts on ways for Maximo Admins to make the most of this relationship with their Consultants, but I'm very interested to hear what thoughts the Maximo hive mind has on the topic. Anyone else have pet peeves, relevant experience, or additional recommendations for getting the most value out of a Consultant relationship?
