Error sending communication template email with attachment on the COMPANIES Object

    I have Maximo 7.6.1 environment. I setup a communication template that applies to COMPANIES object. On the communication template, I included an attachment from the library to be included on the notification. Then i created an escalation on the COMPANY Object to push the email.

    BMXAA0259E - The e-mail cannot be sent.
    BMXAA0024E - The action ADD is not allowed on object DOCLINKS. Verify the business rules for the object and define the appropriate action for the object.
