I've created a SR Ticket Template using a Classification with Attributes.
1) When I create a SR from SR Application > Add Classification - the Sort Order of the Attributes is correct.
2) When I create a SR from the Start Center - Quick Insert (where I've attached to Classification) - the Sort Order is not correct - HOWEVER - Once I submit the SR and Open the SR up in the Main SR Application - the sort order is correct.
How can I get the sort order to appear correctly when creating a SR from a Ticket Template on the Start Center from Quick Insert.
I really like how this works, creating a SR from Quick Insert on Start Center, however, I'd like to get my attributes to sort in the order I set them to sort in.
