  • 1.  MXloader New Gen 8.2 Fails with error Message

    HI ,

    Anyone helps to understand this issue.
    My mxloader version
    when Using mxloader with the below details

    Click Test connection -shows the following message box

    ones click ok the following Error message appears 

    Error Message in the Log file :

    Is it any seetting are missed in maximo side?
    is it any setting changes need in Network side?


    Can someone please advise on this please

    Hi Rajesh,

    I had the same error but I recently found Bruno's guide on using REST and API. API Key Authentication MxLoader

    The key is leaving the User field blank and adding the API token to the password field. Conversely, I believe you can add your username, leave password blank, and when you Test connection, an API token is generated.
