I have the following relationships in the obj stucture.

    JOBMATERIAL JOBPLAN JOBPLAN/JOBMATERIAL JOBMATERIAL 4 Y N

    Hi,

If I understand well you want to add "DEFAULTWOCLASS" in the Object Structure for JOBPLAN, this is a Non-persistent field and you have to include it to the Object Structure. To do so, in your Object Structure, you have to open Select Action and choose Exclude/Include Fields, then open the Non-Persistent Fields and tick the "DEFAULTWOCLASS" to include it.

Thanks so much, this worked as far as brining the Class ID into MXloader. But not the Hierarchy path.
    Mxloader fields are:
JPNUM ORGID SITEID PLUSCREVNUM STATUS JPDURATION DESCRIPTION CLASSSTRUCTURE.CLASSSTRUCTUREID CLASSSTRUCTURE.
    HIERARCHYPATH
COTW-01M-JOL CET JOL 2 ACTIVE 1.0 Monthly, Condensing Water Strainers 1622

    Hey Kimberly,

Looks like you may need to check the "Include" box on the MXL_JOBPLAN object structure. Please see the attached image.

    Thanks,

    Hello,
I dont have the that option in the non persistent fields.
I only have the six below.
Is there a process to add them?

    Hi,

I think you will need to add CLASSSTRUCTURE under the Source Objects for MXL_JOBPLAN, first.

Then, you should be able to see the HIERARCHYPATH

Thanks so much for the clear instructions. I made a rookie mistake and forgot to first select classstructure before looking for the non persistent fields.
With your screen shot, I was able to see and select them, and they now come down to my mxloader sheet.
Thanks so much for the assistance!

It's crucial to ensure that "DEFAULTWOCLASS" is properly integrated into the Object Structure for JOBPLAN. As a Non-persistent field, its inclusion is essential for accurate data handling.

    Hi Kimberly,

Similar to what Manuel stated, you'll want to open your object structure, open the Exclude/Include dialog, navigate to the Non-persistent tab and select "Include" next to HIERARCHYPATH. On your load sheet I recommend adding CLASSSTRUCTURE.HIERARCHYPATH and CLASSSTRUCTURE.CLASSIFICATIONID.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

What does your MxLoader sheet look like? I don't think you can go down too many levels with MxLoader. You might have to do separate queries with separate loads?

Hi Stevie, "DEFAULTWOCLASS" is at the same level as JOBPLAN, it is just a Non-Persistent field that is not included.

    Hey Manuel,

DEFAULTWOCLASS refers to the WOCLASS (ie activity, release, change, or workorder). I believe Kimberly will need to use attributes from the CLASSSTRUCTURE object she's added to her OS.
