  • 1.  Attachments on the Desktop Requisition Line

    A desktop requisition is created, attachments are added at the line level, and then the req is submitted with no issues. When a second desktop req is created, an attachment added to the line, and then saved, the desktop req header reverts to the previous record that was created. This was tested in an environment with no configurations and the same thing happens. Anyone had this issue before?

    What is the version of Maximo that you are using? I have tested this and couldn't replicate -

    IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3 Build 20220823-0909 DB Build V7611-01

    We had this same issue, which is resolved in IFix 016. See if this sounds like the same problem you are experiencing - IJ34918: PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 7612 - DESKTOP REQUISITION - AFTER ATTACHING A DOCUMENT ON LINE, HEADER OF THE REQUISITION CHANGED (ibm.com)
