It is technically possible but modifying the work centers is an advanced task, will require you rebuild and redeploy the WAR (making work centers unavailable, although you could leave Maximo up during this time), you may lose your changes in applying an IFIX/fix pack, and all the work centers are being phased out in MAS as we have replacements on the new platform (Maximo Application Framework).
I'm not exactly sure where you want to display it but the code you want to modify is in the applications\maximo-x\script\maximocards\inventory directory in your Maximo install. For example, if you want to display it on the storerooms tab of the item details you want to modify applications\maximo-x\script\maximocards\inventory\item-master\maximo-inventory-additemtostore
