Hi all,

I'm wondering how to get Maximo to use job plan short descriptions, long descriptions, etc. when it generates work orders from a PM record with multiple job plans attached to it. For example, many of our HVAC PM's include 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, 180-day and 365-day job plans, which generate work orders in a set  sequence. BUT, the names of the job plans - and any related tasks, documents, short descriptions and long descriptions - don't seem to transfer over when the appropriate frequency's WO is created; it still just says "B53 AHU1 PM" - the name of the PM master that includes all the various job plans. Our techs don't know which tasks are due for that PM at any given time (i.e. is this the 30-day or 60-day PM?).

Is there a way to get the job plan names, attachments and long descriptions into the work orders when they're created per the job plan sequence?
