I'm scouring the threads (many ๐) to see if anyone has had any success with providing the service requestor app for tenants that are not inside their agency. The example I would provide is when a service provider is overseeing a site, and they have a service call needed. Typically, they would need to call or email the details for the request. We currently utilize the SR app for our agency partners, and it is very effective. However, my question is for our non-agency partners. Any thoughts?
