Hi all, I am employed by a small water utility and when a fault is reported it is quite often found that reported fault and actual fault are quite different. Our field staff are required to complete a number of classifications to describe the circumstances around the fault. Often the classifications available on the work order are not relevant to the actual fault. I'm sure this issue occurs everywhere so hoping to hear how this was handled elsewhere.
