Hi All,

We are having around 900 inspection forms in our system which are in active status. When user tries to revise the inspection form like by adding question or adding options for existing question its not reflecting immediately on UI, but showing as form is updated. In back end, the changes are updating immediately.

Please suggest some advice on how to make them reflect immediately...

How are you viewing the Inspection Form after you made the change? For example are you searching for the Form and creating an Adhoc inspection or are you selecting an already created Form and expecting the new questions to be added. If it is the later that won't work. For example if a PM generates a Work Oder and an Inspection Form is linked the Inspection is created when the Work is is created/generated. The Inspection that is created is based on what was defined in the Inspection Form revision that was Active at the time of the generation. It does not update/change if a new revision is made active.
