I'm having an odd error in the Launch in Context (LIC) application.

According to IBM's documentation, I should be able to substitute a value in a URL by using the attribute name. E.g. http://www.ibm.com/ticketid={ticketid} would become http://www.ibm.com/ticketid=123456 after clicking the button that calls this URL in LIC.

The problem is that when I click the button, it throws an error: "BMXAA5619E - The launch entry name that was provided is not valid. Configure a valid launch entry for the operational management product or for the integration module before you proceed." I think it doesn't like the curly brackets because when I take the curly brackets out, a new web page opens. This is the expected behavior. I've searched the web for an answer and get nothing. Has anybody run into this issue? If so, how did you fix the issue? We're running 7.6.1.2.
