Hi @Swapna Shimpi! Look, something that happend me is write the userid in capital letter when the accepted one was in lowercase letters. Because if the user works on the rest of the services, the LDAP integration is working fine. If the rest of the Maximo users work, then Maximo works fine and that shows that there is something wrong with that user in Maximo.
Check the table user (MAXUSER) and person (PERSON) to review the user and person IDs to verify that you are writing them correctly when trying to log in.
It is possible that the integration has an error in some data. Search the LDAP directory and delete data and wait for it to sync again and try again.
These are some tests you can do.

Hi All,
We have created a new user in Maximo and user is in ACTIVE status , However when user try to login he gets
Login Error You cannot log in at this time. Contact the system administrator.
Maximo is connected to LDAP as user gets below error.
User name and password combination are not valid. Try again.
This is happening only with this new user . LOGINBLOCK table is empty as password is never expiring.
Nothing found in the logs.
How do we resolve this ?
