    Hello, 

    we do have a strange issue. I have applied Maximo Anywhere iFix004 on top of iFix002. Before iFix004 mobile apps use to work fine, now after Anywhere iFix004 all mobile apps keep showing "The user name and password combination that you entered is not valid" .

    Once mobile app is installed and point to the Maximo server, application is got updated properly, but once I try to login, it keeps showing error:"The user name and password combination that you entered is not valid"

    Checking network traffic from mobile app to server I can see only this.

    There is no entry in Maximo system log about that the user/password is wrong. Also after many times entering wrong pass, user is not locked on MS AD.

    Checking tables related to lock user and pass change are empty.

    Any help would be highly appreciated!!!

    Not sure if you have this resolved or not but I remember running into a bug where the usernames are case sensitive when logging into Anywhere. Maybe this is related ? 

    To verify check the user record in Maximo and use the same case to log into the Anywhere app.
