  • 1.  Maximo Intermittent Reload Issue

    Hi Team ,

    We are facing intermittent reload issue in production instance 

    The browser cannot connect to to the server. Reload the application and try again. If reloading does 
    not solve the problem, the reason might be that you are disconnected from the network 
    or the server might be down. Error code: 0

    Checked the following 

    1.Network Issue---All OK

    2.Firewall Issue - All OK

    3.Use Persistent Keep Alive Checked.

    4.No relevant messages found in Application Server /Database Logs


    Any Suggestions/inputs please

    Not sure if there can be a straight forward answer of what is causing it as it need check of multiple things.

    Hi Swapna

    We identified same issue and for end users the most annoying effect was that entered and not saved data was lost. After investigations we learned that system property mxe.webclient.lostconnectionwarningonly may help here. Setting this to TRUE does not fully remove message but replaces Error message with warning box. Also in this case data was not lost. You could try if this helps in your case. 

    There are also two other time interval related properties starting with mxe.webclient.lostconnection which may affect the behaviour.
