- To be considered as a speaker, all presentation content will need to be original and not intended to be presented at another conference in 2023/2024.
- If selected, speakers will be required to upload their final presentation(s) through the Speaker Resource Center, on the approved IMC PowerPoint template, by June 30, 2023. This is a requirement and allows adequate review of all presentations and the time needed to organize the content with all teams before the conference. If a speaker does not register for the conference by April 8, 2023 and presentation(s) are not uploaded by the required deadline, they will no longer be allowed to attend the conference as a speaker. No changes to content, substitution or additions of presenters will be allowed one month out from the conference.
- Presentations will be video recorded and PDFs versions of the PowerPoint content will be shared with registered attendees.
