As @Prashant Sharma said, it's unidirectional. Unless, of course, you're willing to do some automation scripting. Remember that all the libraries that Maximo uses to interact with LDAP are at your disposal in an automation script. So, if your LDAP Admins give you a service account that can write to the directory, you can go ahead and script your own sync that is bidirectional.

in other words, if i change the primary phone or the primary email in maximo user application, will this change be reflected in the LDAP (assuming that user mapping is correctly configured in the LDAP Crontask instance) ?
