    Hi Team,

    We are facing an issue in our UAT environment after upgrading Maximo Application Suite. Users are not getting synced from MAS Core to Manage, and when we try to access Administration → Users in Core, we get the following error:

    BMXAA0029E - You are not authorized to perform this action for this record. Contact your system administrator to request changes to your authorization.

    Observations so far:

    Logged in with MAS Super user account; can access Core, but user administration in Core shows unauthorized.

    MASUSERSYNC cron task exists in DB2 and active = 1 in db

    syncagent Logs shows maxadmin user was successfully synced to manage application
