Is anyone having issues connecting to IBM within the Installation Manager? We are receiving an invalid password when inputting the username/password within Installation Manager. Using the same username/password we are able to successfully connect to the Passport Advantage Online site. We've tried 3 separate accounts and experienced the same issues. This is currently preventing us from applying fix packs.
We had no issues yesterday so it seems like there is an issue with IBM as of 8:00 AM PST. I spoke with another user and they were able to download files around 6:30 AM and is now experiencing the same issue. I've tried opening a case on the IBM.com site but the 'Open a case' button is taking me to a site with an error message "Oops - that's not right! The Page you requested cannot be displayed. 503: Service Unavailable.
