I am using MxLoader with the JobPlan Template to try to query JobPlans and I get the following error:

    Internal Server Error
Error 500: BMXAA4024E - The synonym value X is not valid for the domain CALCAPPLYTO. Specify a valid synonym value. You can find a list of valid values using the Domain application.

I have tried PM's and Assets and they work fine. It is just the JobPlans template that is giving trouble. I have attached a snapshot of the error. Can anyone help me with this?

    Thanks,
    Randy

    Hi Randy,

Let me know what is the domain assign to the attribute "CALCAPPLYTO" ? and check the "MXL_JOBPLAN" is defined in object structure Application ?

In database configuration--> Check in Jobplan and Jobtask Objects for the attribute "CALCAPPLYTO"

Thanks for responding so quickly Pavan. I checked the attributes for the tables you mentioned and there isn't a domain assigned to the CALCAPPLYTO attribute and the MXL_JOBPLAN structure is defined. I have attached screenshots of the attribute in the two tables and the structure. The attribute screen was too big to get in one shot so there are two for each of them. Hope this helps figure out what the issue is.

    Thanks,
    Randy

    Hi Randy,

I ran into this issue a few of years ago. You have a couple options:

    1. If you have database access, query the jobplan, jobtask, joblabor and jobitem tables where calcapplyto='X' then delete the value
    2. If you don't have database access, expose the calcapplyto field on each tab of the job plan application and query for calcapplyto='X' from the where clause in the application. Then delete those values manually.

Holler if you have any questions.

Thanks for your help Pavan. Matt had this issue before and was able to get me going. Now I'm trying to figure out how to import the JPASSETSPLINK data with the jobplan. I can query on it but the data will not populate in the table when I run an import.

    Thanks again,

    Randy
