Maryann,

There may be a better way but, Job Plan Sequencing will work. You will need two job plans one for the 50-hour work and one for the 250-hour work.
 

• You will first need to set the 50-hour job plan for sequence 1.
• Second, add a new row and enter the job plan number for the 250-hour job plan and set it as sequence 2. 
• Third, add a new row and enter the job plan number for the 250-hour job plan and set it as sequence 3.
• Repeat the third step and set the sequence to the next prime number. For example 5, 7, 11, 13, 17 etc. 

If you were to add a new row for each prime number to 100 and the expected duration between the jobs was 1 month, the pattern would run uninterrupted for just over 8 years. I hope this helps.

If you have Maximo for Transportation, where using PM relationships, you can say after the PM1 to deactive itself and activate PM2.  

There is no other clean way of doing this. You have to have two different PM's because if you one PM the base freq=50hrs, so JP1 interval=1 (or 50 hrs, and JP2 interval=5 (or 250 hrs), however, Maximo will still generate the 100, 150, 200 hrs using JP1.  This is not your requirement.

You need to have two PMs, PM1 @ 50 hrs and the other at PM2 @ 250 hrs, PM1 is active and PM2 is inactive, then when PM1 is run, it needs to be deactivated and PM2 activated.

Agreed with Craig that the Transportation functionality is probably the closest available out of the box today. A customer I'm working with had similar requirements and submitted RFE (https://ibm-ai-apps.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/MASM-I-543) for addressing this. I'd recommend voting for the RFE to help increase the priority.
