Comprehensive System Compare Tool?

Greetings all,

Does anyone know of a comprehensive maximo environment and code base compare tool?
I remember one from several years back called ConfigPro, but I don't find that it's around any more, nor have I identified a current substitute.

If there are methods that involve scripts, Oracle tools, exported xml, source control applications etc. I'd be interested to hear what's most effective for others here.

The only thing I'm aware of that we did was the customization detection tool (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/2880447) but that was limited to java customizations and only some of them.

What I've done to identify differences is go through MAXINST to a separate database and do SQL comparisons for the simpler comparisons (new attributes, objects, applications, workflows, reports, etc.). Looking for UI changes is challenging. You can export from the database and utilize a tool like Winmerge to do a comparison between the XML files. A tool like Winmerge is critical so you can ignore some of the "differences" that aren't relevant.
