If your RFQ's are being closed or cancelled outside of workflow then you can create an action/escalation to stop the workflow. the following/attached should help
1. Create and Action to Stop Workflow
2. Create an Escalation to trigger the Action
In the attached I have the escalation running every 30 seconds but you can set it at an interval that suits your business purposes. Once the action stops the WF the Inbox/Assignments will disappear. You will need to edit the condition expression to suit the unique parameters of your organization i.e. SITEID
You can use this method across all your workflows but you'll need a separate Escalation for each application with the condition expression edited accordingly
