Hi Lee,
What's the customization and what's the error message? I recommend populating your load sheet in reverse order (child at the top) and running a "Delete". I would think that would solve the issue.
Additionally, if you wanted to delete child records, say jobtasks, invvendor records, or spareparts, I'd create a new OS for those object and delete the record. I use this method frequently when loading inventory with vendor/mfg information. At the end I always pull and delete numerous records in the INVVENDOR table that have incomplete data.
Thanks,

Subject: "Sync" Action in MxLoader
We have been user MxLoader Version 6.2 for a long time an it's been great. Just downloaded latest version 8.2(NextGen) and noticed "Sync" action is not available. Can anyone advise on a work around to perform "Sync" in 8.2? We use Sync extensively to delete child objects.
Example: Yesterday, I had to delete a number of newly loaded locations ... and to delete locations, they have to have no system/parent association. Tried using lochierarchy delete but our install has customization that threw errors. Sync of Locations with no child Lochierarchy did the job.
