  • 1.  MxLoader Failurelist Query Returns Only 2 Rows

    Hi,

    I create object structure with FAILURELIST as the only object, no additional settings.  When I run MxLoader query action, only get 2 rows back.

    Anyone see the same behaviour?

    I created Object Structure MXL_FAILURECODE with object as FAILURECODE and return all of the records in my system. Is this what you are seeking?

    I don't have issues with FAILURECODE object.  I have issues with FAILURELIST  [this is where I load failureclass, problem, cause, remedy]

    Hi Lee,

    According to an old post by Bruno, it doesn't look like querying failure lists is supported with MXL?

    Maximo Failure List

    If you have SQL access it looks you should be able to query it.

    As Matt mentioned, loading is a challenge as you need the ID of the parent object. But in regards to querying, I'm not sure why that wouldn't work. I tested this utilizing the REST API & MXLoader with the REST based option and both are working for me in a demo environment, though I'm on 7.6.1.2 and don't have O&G (which I know extends FAILURELIST). I'd suggest turning on SQL logging for the FAILURELIST object to see what query is getting executed on the server. That might help pinpoint where the filter is coming from to ensure it's not potentially a data restriction or something specific to your environment.
