  • 1.  How to stop Escalation emails

    Hi folks,

    I validated a bad query in escalations and now I have lots of emails being sent to my inbox.


    Can you please give me your thoughts on  how to stop the communication emails being sent? 

    I have stopped the escalation in first instance.

    Nightmare. Thanks for any help.

    One way is to stop the JVM. If you have a separate JVM for Cron Tasks then a stop/start will have no impact to users. If you only have a single JVM e.g., MXServer then this will impact user access.
