    Hi @steve lizotte!

    Using MxLoader I was able to import a new MEASUREPOINT, but it never allowed me to add any "Characteristic Action value" associated with this measurement point.

    I had to create a new structure

    Using MxLoader I was able to import a new MEASUREPOINT, but it never allowed me to add any "Characteristic Action value" associated with the measurement point.

    I had to create a new structure copy of the existing MHMEASUREPOINT (main object MEASUREPOINT and second level CHARPOINTACTION with the relationship CHARPOINTACTION).

    Now, if you add this structure for import and export to the "COND" application and therefore you will be able to import and export from the application, using that import, I had no problems with an identical structure to import . That is, I don't know what I need to add in MxLoader for it to work, but from Import it works fine. I'll give you both templates so you can try it.

    Greetings!

    Hi @Martin Fabra

    thank you for your help. I did same as you, create a new structure and then I was able to create a list of measure point. Now my problem is that I cannot see the measure point in the WO (only the meter) but in the asset, everything is there.

    Hi Steve!

    You will not see the measurement point in WO. It doesn't work like that.

    In the "Condition Monitoring" application you define a new Measurement Point. In it you define an asset or location and then, a meter (in my example, a characteristic meter). Here, you must add the record in "Characteristic Action Values" which is the out-of-range reading of that meter, that is, the one that will trigger the creation of the Corrective workorder.

    For example, if the meter is called "TEMP" and the value "OVERHEAT" triggers a corrective WO, you must add that meter with that measurement and you can define a job plan (you can add a PM too) that will appear in the WO .

    So, when you have an new WO of that asset, you can, from the "Enter Meter Reading" option enter a reading to that meter on that asset. If the reading you enter is "OVERHEAT", when the MeasurePointWoGenCronTask crontask runs, it will create a new WO (it will have the description of your job plan).

    Is you need more help, please let me know.

    Regards!

    Hi Martin,

    let me explain the situation.

    I created a route to take the motor temperature (hot spot) with a thermal camera. I created a meter (TEMP) and also a MEASURE POINT to trigger a job plan if the temperature measure is above overheat setting. So the in WO created by the PM with the route and job plan to take those temperatures, I cannot see the measure point of each asset and also those measures reading are not record in the database.

    I let some print screen to show you.
