my maximo version is 22.214.171.124
i can modify any field or change work order status to any status except close or cancel, when i close or cancel any work order, i get this error message:
there is no conditions in security groups about this.
how to solve this issue?
Do you have Maximo Spatial installed? If so, there's an APAR IJ45011 https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/IJ45011 that is likely causing your issue. We listed this as fixed in Spatial 126.96.36.199 IFIX 04 (February 2023 IFIX) so you would need that release or later.Generally speaking, when you patch Spatial you are typically best to patch Maximo as well and vice versa. They sometimes have tight dependencies between the releases.

I mentioned this in the previous message but it's listed as resolved in Spatial 188.8.131.52 IFIX 04 which was released back in February. You first want to confirm you don't already have that by reviewing your System Information. It is possible that you have a completely unrelated issue.Assuming this is your issue, you would download the IFIX from FixCentral and install in your environment. I typically recommend installing the latest IFIX when you need to install an IFIX and would not recommend installing 04 itself since that is 9 months old at this point. Our latest IFIX is Spatial 184.108.40.206 IFIX 11. MATUSETRANS records are not designed to be modified. The transaction has occurred. Like a bank ledger, you can return items if they were not actually used to negate costs but there is no update/delete to a transaction.
