HELLO everyone,

I try to copy field from CLASSIFICATIONS APP TO SR using CROSS domain.

I Add a field ( ATTRIBUTE ON CLASSSTRUCTURE) "TEST" and i had the same field to SR (ATTRIBUTE ON TICKET TABLE).

I make a cross domain with this clause classstructureid=:classstructureid.

When i try, i get nothing in the SR APP by entering a classstructureid. 

Someone can help me to do this???

I don't understand.
 
Have you added a new field called attribute in classifications? CLASSSTRUCTURE.ATTRIBUTE?
 
Or do you mean the attributes of the classifications?
 
If it is the first, when you go to SR.CLASSSTRUCTURE in "Database Configuration" and add your cross domain, it will copy CLASSSTRUCTURE.ATTRIBUTE -> SR.ATTRIBUTE.
 
If it is the latter, it is not used that way because the attributes of the classifications are saved in another table (CLASSSPEC) and it work so that when you assign that classification to an SR, it will transfer the attribute structure to each SR that you assign that classification to (and then complete with data)
If you give me a clear example of what you need to do, I will try to replicate it and send you step by step.

Tha,ks you for you reply. Sorry for my late response.

I Want to copy ANCESTORCLASSID on MY TICKET tABLE in a attribute call CATEGORIE. I Do a cross domain based on CLASSTRUCTUREID.

But my attribute is blank when i try to create a new ticket. How can i do this??
