Good morning!

I've been asked to create weekly open WO reports for our technicians, that would be emailed to them on a weekly basis. These reports would simply be an Excel list out of Work Order Tracking that includes any open work orders where each technician is assigned as the lead.

Is there a way to get Maximo to generate and send these out each week that *doesn't* entail writing a separate query in Work Order Tracking for every technician?

We have queries established that run to populate Start Center portlets for the same information that use the :user field as a variable, but those only run when the Start Center is loaded, or someone goes to View/Manage Queries and runs it manually, but I want to use BIRT reporting to schedule, generate and email these reports. The supervisors for each crew would like to be cc'd on these as well.
