I am using Maximo 7.6.1 and am trying to report on physical counts. We did not use the A B C but did enter the count frequency. We're able to run the OOB cycle count report daily and that is working fine. Finance is requesting a quarterly report that shows what was scheduled to count during the quarter and what actually was counted with detail as well as a summary.
Has anyone created a report such as this and/or is there an OOB report that I'm missing?

There is not an OOB report related to schedule on cycle counts or rather physical counts. You will need to come up with a way to determine the schedule and then you could adapt the count report to reflect schedule progress. You may be able to do this with just CCF and count date but it really depends on how complete this schedule needs to be.
Are you just dividing the entire inventory by 4 for quarters?
Any true cycle counts involved (higher frequency for specific items)?
How are you incorporating new items added during the year?

Inventory is divided into store rooms. Each store room has a count frequency. New items are added to the appropriate store room and count frequency is set accordingly. 
Detail requested is items scheduled for count during a specific time frame, items actually counted during that time frame, discrepancies of each item and cost effect of the discrepancy.
Any advise you can give will certainly be helpful.
